A lot of people will know that Station East and Microbus Gateshead are big fans of the lovely barn54.

They’ll be in the Railway Quarter Gateshead 21-23/08/26 as part of their Athens to Aberdeen tour.

The duo will play in the ‘bus on Saturday 22/08/26, 18:00.

Then they’ve something special planned for Sunday 23/08/26. They’re inviting people to take part in a community re-imagining and recording of their super cool Shades Song.

If you play an instrument, sing, or just fancy taking part, or being part of the experience, just get yourself along to Station East for twelve.

It’s a free event, but charity donations are welcome.

Treevolution is happening on Saturday 15/08/26 in Gateshead’s Railway Quarter.

We don’t often have tap takeovers; we’ve only had two in four years, with Campervan and Otherworld.

We’re big fans of both breweries. Well, Otherworld will be returning on Thursday 09/07/26 for a second tap takeover.

This time, we’ll have more lines and the Otherworld team will be there to talk about their wonderful beers.

This year’s bus trip, to Halifax on Saturday 20/06/26 is another sellout. For anyone going, the bus leaves the Railway Quarter at 9:00.

The bar will be open as usual and we’ve a bit of magic in and outside the bar from four.

From opening, we’ve sold wine. We did expand from red, white or pink (to red, white, white or pink) a while back though.

They’re pretty good wines too.

Since we get through a lot of wine, we’ve added a few more.

The house wine’s still available too. Because we like them.

Guest wines will change over time.
